Job Summary of Retail Team Manager:
As a Retail Team Manager you're ready to lead by example, go All IN, and rally & empower your team to give it their all in becoming the best in the world at connecting customers to their world.Responsible for all operations of a T-Mobile retail store. Must be familiar with all aspects of retail, including hiring, scheduling, training, marketing, assets prevention & team leadership. Primary point of contact for employees of the retail store.
Responsibilities of Retail Team Manager:
- Carefully documenting store staff interactions with customers, providing valuable feedback to support development, training, and coaching conversations aimed at making sure that the team completes their scheduled training sessions on time.
- Provide guidance in handling customer-related matters to cultivate positive relationships and experiences for T-Mobile customers.
- Own the success of your store by taking responsibility for the work-related needs of your employees, leading the store team, organizing staffing and schedules, managing labor costs, implementing marketing strategies, preventing losses, and overseeing all operational activities of the store.
- Promote operational efficiency by monitoring the functioning of each store, tracking sales and inventory, managing sales tracking, and introducing new store initiatives and programs.
- Sustain a neat, clean, and organized store environment without exception.
- When selecting new store team members, prioritize individuals who are passionate about creating long-lasting customer relationships and are excited about the T-Mobile Brand, as well as advancements in digital technology.
- Uphold your team's progress by facilitating education, mentorship, and training opportunities to encourage behaviors that will result in gaining a foothold in our customers' affections and the achievement of store staff.
- Remain knowledgeable and dependable by staying updated on the latest products, services, training programs, and leadership techniques, setting the bar for your team to follow.
- Spearhead endeavors that prioritize teamwork and foster an environment of inclusiveness
- Accountable for ensuring the store's productivity levels are met. Implement operational efficiencies to reduce risks and safeguard the store's assets. Attain financial results by monitoring key performance indicators. Identify strategies to oversee and govern store expenses effectively.
- Express your support for your team growth by implementing personalized performance management strategies and having individualized conversations, while also celebrating successes through acknowledgment and appreciation.
- Validate that employees in the store meet or exceed defined monthly measurements for success
- Attain or exceed the set sales goals for the store.
Qualification of Retail Team Manager:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Bachelor's Degree Pref
- Possess 2-4 years of management experience focusing on retail sales
- Demonstrated proficiency in sales and sales management over a period of two to four years
