Shift Performance Manager

Job Summary of Shift Performance Manager:

Our Shift Performance Manager are in the meat pit, operating our restaurants on a day-to-day basis. You will help support the General Manager and Assistant Manager, ensuring that every shift operates smoothly. If that weren’t cool enough, you’ll also help team members through performance and training initiatives. Your ability to provide exceptional customer service will keep our customers coming back for more.

Requirements of Shift Performance Manager:

• Minimum of 1+ year in foodservice and a Serve Safe Certification is a plus (training may be provided to the right candidate to get certified)
• The ideal candidate will have excellent communication capabilities and a knack for multitasking effectively
• Candidates should have a background in inventory handling, cost monitoring, and cash management.

Responsibilities of Shift Performance Manager:

• The managers will be the primary source of assistance for the general manager.
• Managers are tasked with ensuring that all operational aspects run without disruptions.
• The tasks include overseeing service quality, ensuring food safety standards are met, and controlling costs throughout their shifts.
• Supervisors manage a group of as many as 15 employees and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
