Responsibilities of Support Crew:
- Provide a swift and respectful reception to customers
- Ensure that the food and beverages are made in line with the set standards of the Brand
- Adhere strictly to the protocols in place for maintaining food safety and sanitation
- Ensure you are familiar with the menu selections, including any promotional deals and limited-time specials
- It is important to maintain a clean and organized workspace to enhance your productivity and focus
- Update inventory based on necessary supply
- Ensure adherence to proper cash-handling protocols during cash register operations
Qualifications of Support Crew:
- Must have the ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents, understand menus and Brand standards as well as converse comfortably with individuals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English
- Legal documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to be legally employed in this country
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
