Mobile Sales Representative are integral members of a Retail Team of Experts responsible for showcasing and representing the T-Mobile brand effectively. They serve as enthusiastic promoters who generate enthusiasm and interest in our products and services. Their enthusiasm is fueled by a deep interest in the world of connectivity and a knack for thriving in dynamic settings where technological advancements and customer demands are ever-changing. They engage in meaningful interactions with customers, excelling in cultivating both new and existing relationships that set them apart in the wireless industry. Their focus lies in honing their skills to understand customer requirements and demonstrating a dedication to educating, showcasing, and suggesting suitable device and service options. This position is designed to foster ongoing learning, encouraging associates to collaborate with their team and actively acquire competencies and knowledge to progress to the role of Mobile Expert.

Responsibilities of Mobile Sales Representative:

• Builds proficiency related to serving and selling to our customers, while providing a world-class customer experience and building loyalty by:
• Helping customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store.
• Exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest and greatest technology in-store.
• Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond the bare-bones device and service plan that keep our customers connected to the people and lifestyle they love, including anything from unique accessories cutting-edge IoT devices.
• Approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity and compassion.
• Becomes skilled with and consistently uses digital tools in interactions and onboarding to actively demonstrate:
• How our ever-expanding coverage stacks up in our customer's neighborhood, providing them with a lightning fast LTE network
• Why T-Mobile plans and services will let our customers live unlimited, feel the love, stay connected and go further.
• Completes training on T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills and processes, knowledge of systems and reference resources.
• Makes the most of their time on shift, consistently seeking out information between customers, learning about innovations in wireless and technology.
• Establishes relationships with and partners with T-Mobile employees across channels, including business and customer service to:
• Collectively own the customer experience and resolve issues, creating a seamless, run-around-free environment.
• Successfully identify and handoff small business leads.
• Support team initiatives and create an inclusive environment

Qualification of Mobile Sales Representative:

• Possession of a high school diploma or its equivalent, the General Educational Development (GED) certificate, is a mandatory prerequisite
• A background in customer service and/or sales for a minimum of 6 months, with a preference for experience in a retail setting
• Enthusiastic supporter for customers who values authenticity in interactions and enjoys making connections in a lively manner
• Demonstrated determination and established track record of excelling in a high-energy sales setting.
• Ready to collaborate with colleagues and managers in stores, exchanging insights and adopting new concepts, all while assisting customers and addressing concerns.
• Skilled at managing both customer requirements and operational targets.
• A minimum of 18 years old is required
• Permissible by law to work in the United States
