Qualification of Store Service Representative:

• Flexibility in availability means being open to working evenings and weekends.
• Hours are considered part-time and will be scheduled according to the business's needs.
• A high school diploma or GED is a compulsory credential to possess or be working towards.
• Individuals with three to six months of retail experience are encouraged to apply.
• Essential requirements include basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills.
• Only individuals who are 16 years or older can participate.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and operate a Brannock device.
• This role involves regular lifting and moving of objects up to 25 pounds and periodic lifting and moving of items up to 50 pounds.
• The position mandates specific vision abilities like the capacity to see clearly both up close and far away, differentiate between colors accurately, maintain wide peripheral vision, and adjust focus as required.
