Responsibilities of Assistant Store Lead:

• You will assist in supervising the Stationstore operations under the guidance of the Assistant Store Lead.
• The position involves supervising the hiring and teamwork of staff to carry out daily tasks, overseeing financial management, and arranging merchandise displays.
• Your role involves adhering to our high standards and offering efficient and friendly service to customers.
• Uphold a consistent and expected pattern of physical presence at work.

Qualification of Assistant Store Lead:

• Retail experience
• Hands-on experience in a supervisory capacity within a professional environment
• Recruiting/hiring/interviewing skills
• Experience handling food
• High School/College Degree(s)

Physical Requirements of Assistant Store Lead:

• Having the proficiency to be on one's feet and/or move around for a duration of up to 8 hours
• Bear and move items up to 30 pounds in weight from the floor to an overhead location for a duration of 30 minutes per shift
• Intermittently, handle and transport objects weighing up to 60 pounds, lifting them to waist level
• Raise and lower your arms to generate a force of 20 pounds through pushing and pulling
• Undertake forward bending from the waist with some twisting movements for a period of up to one hour per shift
• Engage in handiwork by grasping, reaching for, and managing objects manually. This kind of work involves coordinating visual and manual capabilities and may require scaling a ladder to store, retrieve items, or position and disassemble signs
