Retail Co-Manager

Job Summary of Retail Co-Manager:

Working closely with the Store Manager, the Retail Co-Manager plays a key role in mentoring and empowering the store team to realize T-Mobile's vision of becoming a preferred choice for customers and driving success for Mobile Experts.

Responsibilities of Retail Co-Manager:

• The main task within the Customer role is to guide and empower store Mobile Experts to uphold the standard of Loving Our Customers as outlined in T-Mobile's Manifesto.
• Adhere to guaranteeing the satisfaction of every customer's demands upon their visit to the store and supporting employees in fostering customer assurance by delivering a convenient, straightforward experience and resolving all aspects of the issue at hand.
• In-depth scrutiny of Mobile Experts' dealings with clients, along with assessments, for the purpose of advancing developmental, educational, and coaching dialogues.
• Effectively oversee customer wait times by staying informed about the latest products, services, and promotions.
• Owner: Leading by demonstrating and staying informed about the latest products, services, training, and leadership techniques to stay an expert resource for the team. Directly interacting with Mobile Experts to make sure they meet or go beyond the defined monthly success criteria by finishing their assigned training on schedule.
• Help in preserving the quality of the overall store atmosphere and adhere to national plan-o-gram standards. Utilize visual showcases and interactive mechanisms in a strategic manner. Ensure that visual showcases and mechanisms are regularly updated.
• Meeting financial targets reliant on crucial performance metrics is imperative. Achieving financial goals based on key indicators is vital for success.

Qualification of Retail Co-Manager:

• Possession of a high school diploma/GED is obligatory
• Candidates with a minimum of 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience are preferred, particularly those with a retail background
• Communication (Required)

• The minimum acceptable age is 18 years
• Allowed to work in the United States with legal authorization
