Qualification of In-Store Supervisor:

• Having availability that covers evenings and weekends is crucial.
• Consistent exhibition of the required skills for the job is a must.
• Proficient at operating personal computers, POS systems, and a diverse range of software programs that include MS Office.
• Competence in swiftly acquiring new skills and adapting to fast-paced conditions.
• Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills, adept at steering discussions within diverse groups of varying magnitudes.

• The minimum age requirement is set at 18 years.
• Obtaining a high school diploma or GED represents a significant milestone in academic growth and accomplishment
• The successful applicant will have a minimum of one year of retail experience.
• Skilled in selling strategies and equipped with a comprehensive grasp of products, retail dynamics, and industry intricacies.
