Job Description of Investment Specialist:

The role of a Investment Specialist at Banner Bank involves providing backup teller/banker assistance at various retail branches within a specific geographic region. Your priority is to deliver an exceptional customer experience at every interaction while performing transaction processing with precision and efficiency. You must have a thorough understanding of the various bank products and services and be able to offer them to clients as potential solutions to their needs. Please note that daily travel between branches is a requirement for this position.

Qualification of Investment Specialist:

In addition to technical skills, bankers must also possess strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize and manage their workload effectively:

• A minimum of one year of experience as a teller, coupled with sales proficiency and a demonstrated ability to achieve set goals, is a prerequisite
• Strong talent in managing and structuring workload, coupled with introductory proficiencies in numerical computations, conflict resolution, and decision making
• The ability to communicate effectively through verbal and written means is necessary to succeed in any workplace
• Proficient in establishing rapport and connecting with individuals; remarkable aptitude in providing exemplary customer service

• A $18.00 to $19.00 hourly pay, which is determined by the employee's experience, is offered for this position. Candidates may also receive a $1.50 premium as an addition to their base salary
