Job Summary of Retail Sales Associate:

The Retail Sales Associate is tasked with supporting Management in cultivating a sales environment that emphasizes customer and product interactions, with the company's values and guiding principles at the forefront of all store operations. This requires a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and maximizing profitability. Responsibilities of Retail Sales Associate:

• Achieves company sales goals by utilizing sales strategies and communicating product knowledge to customers; recommends merchandise selections or helps obtain products based on customer needs and preferences.
• Remains up-to-date on sales and promotions and ensures adherence to pricing and visual standards.
• Keeps up with the requirements for managing products, their presentation, loss prevention strategies, and other tasks as directed by Management.
• Participates in visual directives including monthly store sets and zone maintenance.
• Displays and endorses the principles and standards of the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS), encouraging a consistent experience through various channels.
• Guarantees quick and efficient resolution of customer concerns.
• Keeps abreast of the latest information on payments, coupon acceptance, returns, exchanges, security practices, and other relevant policies to support a fast and effective register experience.
• Strengthens purchasing decisions at the checkout counter while also achieving supplementary goals such as increasing gift card revenue.
• Enrolls clients in a program that provides rewards for participation.
• Developing and retaining a steadfast customer following by employing clienteling strategies and personalized wardrobe recommendations.
• Is knowledgeable about the current product fit and style assortment available, whether in brick-and-mortar stores or on the internet.
• Ensures ongoing client relations by maintaining communication records in a customer log.
• Assists in replenishing merchandise to uphold store abundance and availability.
• Supports in obtaining satisfaction.
• Aids in following visual instructions by adjusting floor plans, changing window displays, setting up visual presentations, and placing signage in specified locations.
• Provide assistance in maintaining cleanliness and organization standards in the boutique
• Fosters a joint, participatory approach to problem solving.
• Actively seeks out opportunities for self-improvement and openly seeks feedback.

Qualification of Retail Sales Associate:

• Receiving a High School diploma or its corresponding standard
• Preference is given to individuals with a background in retail or sales
• You must be over 17 years old to meet the requirement
• Excellent communication skills
• Outstanding skills in delivering exceptional customer service
• Skilled in learning or acclimating to the company's technological tools
• Displays strong organizational proficiencies and the competence to multitask in a high-speed environment
• Capable of establishing effective communication with customers, associates, and superiors
• Successful candidates should exhibit a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions and dealings within the organization. Upholding ethical standards and demonstrating professionalism is essential for this role

Physical Requirements of Retail Sales Associate:

• Constant Walking/Standing- 67-100% of 8-hour shift
• Occasional Lifting up to 50 lbs.- 1-33% of 8-hour shift
• Frequent Climbing- 34%-66% of 8-hour shift
