• Improving competencies in assisting customers and driving sales, with a focus on offering exceptional customer service and nurturing loyalty by:
• Aiding customers in picking up right where they stopped on their shopping expedition, whether digitally, via Customer Assistance, or at a physical store.
• Personalizing the demonstration of the latest technology to suit the individual needs of customers during their in-store experience.
• By engaging in side-by-side selling, we strive to deliver customized options that extend beyond standard device and service offerings, allowing customers to stay connected to their loved ones and hobbies through a variety of unique accessories and cutting-edge IoT devices.
• Addressing service and sales necessities with serenity, honor, and understanding.
• Develops competency with and routinely employs digital devices in engagements and onboarding to actively display:
• The broadening coverage we offer in the neighborhood guarantees customers swift access to our advanced LTE network
• Why T-Mobile plans and services will let our customers live unlimited, feel the love, stay connected and go further.
• Concludes the T-Mobile in-store experience training with proficiency in new competencies, operational protocols, system navigation, and utilization of reference materials.
• Effectively manages their time at work by consistently gathering information from customers and staying informed about the latest technological advances in wireless services.
• Collaborates with T-Mobile team members spanning multiple areas like business operations and client assistance to build partnerships:

Qualification of Mobile Sales Clerk:

• The minimum educational requirement involves holding a high school diploma or GED
• Preferably looking for individuals with 6 months of experience in customer service and/or sales, particularly in a retail setting
• Zealous customer champion who aims to remain true to oneself while establishing meaningful connections through enjoyable interactions
• Competitive spirit and demonstrated capabilities to excel in a fast-moving sales sector.
• Readiness to cooperate with peers and store managers, participating in idea-sharing and learning opportunities, all while delivering excellent customer service and problem-solving.
• Adept at meeting the needs of clients while achieving desired outcomes.
• The age requirement is a minimum of 18 years
• Authorized by law to be employed in the United States
