Assistant Night Crew Chief

Job Description:

The Assistant Night Crew Chief is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience by presenting and ensuring the freshest quality product. Assistant Night Crew Chief's achieve this through assisting the Night Crew Chief with overnight supervision of all functions in the grocery areas including but not limited to; achieving sales/operational results through ordering, inventory management, stocking, leveling, decision making, employee engagement, employee development, and encouraging an inclusive team atmosphere within the department, store and company. Assistant Night Crew Chiefs are additionally responsible for compliance to all laws, company policies and procedures including labor and safety regulations, asset protection and food safety.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Night Crew Chief in supervising the night shift team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to crew members during overnight operations.
• Ensure products are properly stored, rotated, and shelved according to store policies.
