Qualification of Store Team Member:

• Having availability that covers evenings and weekends demonstrates the required flexibility.
• The hours are part-time and will fluctuate in accordance with the demands of the business.
• Meeting the educational requirement includes having a high school diploma or GED.
• Having three to six months of retail experience is a valuable asset.
• Necessary skills include simple math, reading comprehension, and verbal expression.
• A minimum age of 16 years is necessary.
• In the performance of this job, the employee will frequently be required to engage in verbal conversation. There will be regular demands for the employee to be in a standing position, walk, manipulate objects with their hands, and extend their arms. In some instances, the employee may need to sit, climb, maintain balance, bend, crouch, crawl, kneel, or use a Brannock device.
• As part of the job description, the employee must often lift and shift items weighing up to 25 pounds and occasionally handle items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Key vision requirements for this job include the ability to see clearly nearby and far away, identify colors accurately, have strong peripheral vision, and be able to refocus vision when necessary.
