Responsibilities of Assistant Store Manager:
- Your responsibility includes assisting the Store Manager with the management of the Stationstore operations.
- Your duties will involve hiring, supervising, and working alongside the team to achieve daily goals, handling financial matters, and organizing merchandise displays.
- Your duty is to maintain our superior standards and provide quick and amiable service to our customer base.
- Guarantee that attendance at the workplace is reliable and in accordance with expectations.
- The bar has been raised by our food program, and you will need to meet those requirements as well.

Qualification of Assistant Store Manager:
- Retail experience
- Direct experience in managing staff or guiding departments
- Recruiting/hiring/interviewing skills
- Experience handling food
- High School/College Degree(s)
Physical Requirements of Assistant Store Manager:
- The capability to stand and/or walk continuously for up to 8 hours
- Elevate and transport objects up to 30 pounds in weight from ground level to overhead, with a time limit of 30 minutes per shift
- From time to time, raise and transport items weighing up to 60 pounds to waist height
- Utilize your arm strength to exert a 20-pound force while moving back and forth
- Participate in forward bending from the waist with some rotational movements for a duration of up to one hour per shift
- Conduct activities that require using the hands to grip, reach, and manage objects. This manual labor involves coordinating hand movements with visual input and might include climbing a ladder to store, retrieve items, or position and take down signs
