Requirements for Shift Manager:

• Having a Serve Safe Certification can enhance food safety measures
• Gain insight into the drivers behind profit and loss fluctuations.
• Convey messages in a concise and easily understandable manner, whether verbally or in written form.
• Know when to coach, support, and take charge as both a Leader and a Manager.
• In this job, individuals must be capable of lifting loads within the range of 30 to 50 pounds while also performing movements that involve pushing, pulling, stretching, and ongoing use of fingers and wrists on both sides
