Night Operations Assistant

Job Description of Night Operations Assistant:

An imperative element of the Night Operations Assistant role is to ensure customer satisfaction through the provision of fresh and high-quality products while supporting the Night Crew Chief in managing various tasks in the grocery areas throughout the night. This includes achieving set objectives in terms of sales, operations, inventory management, restocking duties, decision-making processes, engaging employees, fostering their development, and cultivating a collaborative team environment within the department, the store, and the overall company. They are also tasked with upholding all relevant laws, organizational policies and procedures, encompassing labor regulations, safety guidelines, asset protection, and food safety protocols.

Responsibilities of Night Operations Assistant:

• Support the Night Crew Chief in managing the night team to ensure all assignments are finished with efficiency.
• Provide direction, coaching, and assistance to staff members throughout late-night operations.
• Adhere to store policies when organizing and stocking products in the designated areas.
