Responsibilities of Dining Services Manager:

• Supervising a team comprising managers and personnel to guarantee the operational excellence of an Arby's outlet, with a keen focus on People, Profitability, and Operations
• Providing excellent leadership to drive the restaurant and support the employees
• Showcasing excellence in customer service by ensuring efficient and respectful customer transactions in a friendly setting
• Supporting the District Manager in upholding Arby's and Tria business policies and practices in line with company expectations and state mandates
• Managing HR responsibilities which involve hiring, training employees, devising work schedules, and supervising staff members in alignment with organizational HR policies and statutory regulations.
• Collaborating with vendors professionally and addressing customer complaints in a timely and polite manner

Requirements of Dining Services Manager:

We are looking for individuals with a desire to succeed and grow with a company, preferably with at least 2 years of fast-food restaurant management experience leading a unit, 5 years of restaurant experience and the hunger to move your career to the next level!

• Candidates with ServSafe Food Safety Certification are given priority
• Eligible to work in the United States under the law
• Carry a driver's license issued by the state
• Passing a background investigation is a prerequisite for consideration
