About Roaring Fork Restaurant Group:

Roaring Fork Restaurant Group is a locally owned and operated restaurant group celebrating 27 years of business as a QDOBA Mexican Eats franchisee in WI, IL, and IA. We are based in Milwaukee and currently operate 62 (and counting) QDOBA locations within the territory, making us one of the largest QDOBA franchisees nationally. In September of 2021, MR Chicken LLC was formed, ushering in a new chapter of growth and bringing the Dave's Hot Chicken brand to Wisconsin. With 17 Dave's Hot Chicken locations committed, 10 currently open, and plans for at least 7 more in the next 3 years. We pride ourselves in serving up the freshest of flavors in beautiful environments with distinctive dcor. In 2023, we were honored to be named the Franchisee of the Year for QDOBA.

Responsibilities of Assistant Shift Manager:

• Cultivate, mentor, and guide staff performance: ensuring the complete implementation and observance of training protocols for employees
• Distribute tasks and assignments among the team
• Finding and nurturing potential candidates from within the company for managerial positions is essential for the organization's growth and success
• Ensure compliance with both state and federal labor statutes and regulations
• Supervise daily operations to maintain excellence in the restaurant's overall efficiency
• Uphold the expectation for the team to consistently provide top-notch customer service and maintain the quality of the food they serve
• Foster interactions with guests and the surrounding community; attend to guest queries, issues, and feedback
