About Roaring Fork Restaurant Group:

Roaring Fork Restaurant Group is a locally owned and operated restaurant group celebrating 27 years of business as a QDOBA Mexican Eats franchisee in WI, IL, and IA. We are based in Milwaukee and currently operate 62 (and counting) QDOBA locations within the territory, making us one of the largest QDOBA franchisees nationally. In September of 2021, MR Chicken LLC was formed, ushering in a new chapter of growth and bringing the Dave's Hot Chicken brand to Wisconsin. With 17 Dave's Hot Chicken locations committed, 10 currently open, and plans for at least 7 more in the next 3 years. We pride ourselves in serving up the freshest of flavors in beautiful environments with distinctive dcor. In 2023, we were honored to be named the Franchisee of the Year for QDOBA.

Responsibilities of Grill Cook:

• Adhere to specifications in food preparation by employing approved recipes, precise portioning, and suitable culinary equipment
• Regularly conduct visual inspections and taste assessments to uphold the food's excellence
• Ensure that the front line is stocked with the appropriate products when facing high levels of demand or based on specified time and storage requirements
• Comply with food safety guidelines and notify authorities of any concerning food deliveries or behaviors
• Take in food orders and manage the organization, cleanliness, and rotation of products within the walk-in fridge
• Help oversee inventory management procedures effectively
