Job Description of Retail Sales Coordinator:

Essential duties include ensuring customer satisfaction through interactions, embodying customer experience values, and keeping the store clean and organized, while adhering to operational and security standards.

• Authorities have crafted exemplary customer experience solutions for all customer segments
• Demonstrates and advocates for a positive store atmosphere by embodying integrity, honesty, and respect
• Engages in precise customer transaction handling by conforming to established operational protocols, which involve accurately registering purchases, processing returns, and returning change appropriately
• Fosters the use of credit and loyalty programs among consumers
• Sustains the merchandising philosophy and complies with the established norms and regulations
• Thoroughly manages the handling and preparation of merchandise for showcasing in line with company policies and expectations
• Starts and engages in store recovery as necessary at various intervals during the day
• Ensures that the sales floor and the entire store meet the prescribed organizational and cleanliness criteria
• Offers and acknowledges acknowledgment and positive criticism
• Adheres to the established labor laws, policies, and procedures without exceptions
• Collaborates in achieving store shrink reduction objectives and initiatives
• Is actively involved in advocating for safety awareness and preserving a safe space
• Additional tasks may be designated from time to time

• Demonstrates flexibility in scheduling to provide support as needed by the business

• Qualified to move bulky items with or without essential accommodations
• Works efficiently alongside teammates and management personnel
• Retail customer experience is the preferred choice of consumers
