Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the store is crucial, particularly regarding floor care responsibilities. This entails utilizing cleaning machinery like scrubbers and buffers, along with tasks like dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and addressing window and glass spots. Adherence to operational, merchandising, and theft prevention protocols is imperative. Furthermore, being versatile in multiple store areas aids in fulfilling business needs efficiently.

• Role models illustrate successful methods for enhancing the customer experience with all types of clients, inside and outside the organization
• Fosters a constructive store atmosphere by embracing values of sincerity, morality, and consideration
• Ensures compliance with cleanliness regulations for floor maintenance, encompassing the care and functionality of scrubber and buffer machines
• Upholds the cleanliness and organization requirements for the entire store, encompassing areas such as the Sales Floor, Single Queue, Associate Lounge, Backroom, and Restrooms
• Follows all corporate protocols related to Health and Safety, ensuring that essential goods are replenished in the Lounge, Restrooms, and Front End
• Experienced in multiple areas within the store, including backroom operations, front-end duties, and sales floor responsibilities
• Meets all Front End coverage demands with prompt assistance and support
• Maintains and abides by the merchandising philosophy and guidelines for signage
• Commences and engages in store revival as required during the day
• Follows all operational and loss prevention measures as outlined by the company to reduce theft
• Conveys messages clearly and proficiently to both supervisors and colleagues
• Follows all labor laws, regulations, and company policies, including those related to employee meal breaks and rest periods
• Participates in safety awareness maintains a safe environment
• Responsibilities beyond the usual scope
