Job Description of Co-Store Manager:

Responsibilities of Co-Store Manager:

  • Enhance store productivity by boosting sales outcomes, controlling expenditures, and supervising critical functions such as product display, inventory management, frontline operations, financial transactions, client assistance, promotional discounts, staff scheduling, as well as order processing and inventory handling, with a primary emphasis on reducing losses and damages.
  • Attract, enlist, and nurture high-quality personnel through offering thorough training and continuous growth opportunities for team members. Act as a guide and exemplary figure, nurturing a nurturing setting that guarantees a favorable and stimulating atmosphere for both staff and clients.
  • Coordinate and execute strategies for projects, goals, corporate programs, and modifications within the store. Offer insights on preparing for future requirements through succession planning.
  • Develop tactics to achieve sales, cost, and customer service goals. Manage loss prevention initiatives and operational schemes while enhancing store layout and productivity.

Qualification of Co-Store Manager:

  • At least 24 months of experience in managing a retail team as either an Assistant Manager or Store Manager is required.
  • Proven skill in guiding, nurturing, and enabling a sizable group of individuals.
  • Possessing impressive organizational and communication capabilities along with the capacity to impact and offer valuable guidance and coaching to individuals.
  • Experienced in overseeing retail activities, addressing customer needs, managing product display, supervising staff, ensuring workplace well-being, and preventing theft, with a focus on effectively completing assignments and projects.
