Job Description for Associate Manager:

The Associate Manager is tasked with supervising the restaurant's daily activities, which include recruiting and supervising a group of staff members who provide exceptional customer service, as well as handling the financial aspects of the establishment.

Responsibilities for Associate Manager:

• Drive sales and profitability through effective execution of the Company's business plan
• Create a positive working environment by fostering teamwork among Team Members through effective training, communication and relationship building
• Conduct himself/herself in a professional manner when dealing with customers, Team Members, and corporate management
• Act as a role model for other Team Members by adhering to all state and Federal labor and health laws and upholding the policies and standards of performance and conduct that is set by the Company and the Dunkin brand
• Work with integrity, honesty and accountability in all situations

Requirements for Associate Manager:

• Preferably having previous experience in a managerial role, although it is not a mandatory requirement
• Previous work in the fast-food industry is a prerequisite
• Exceptional customer service abilities
• Proficient verbal and written communication abilities
• Excellent leadership skills
• Thrives in high-pressure situations and adept at handling multiple tasks simultaneously
• Understanding financial concepts and having the ability to analyze and solve problems related to money matters are key components of financial literacy
• Possession of a car and a legitimate Driver's License are necessary
• Capacity to raise 50 pounds
• It is required to undergo a background check
