Responsibilities of Store Supervisor:
- You will aid the Store Supervisor in overseeing the functions of the Stationstore.
- You will be tasked with hiring, overseeing, and collaborating with staff to fulfill daily responsibilities, managing financial transactions, and arranging product presentations.
- You are tasked with preserving our elevated benchmarks and delivering swift and personable service to those we serve.
- Establish a pattern of expected and routine on-site participation.
- You will be responsible for upholding the elevated standards set by our food program.
- You show a deep commitment to your customers and establish a standard of excellence for your staff.

Qualification of Store Supervisor:
- Retail experience
- Demonstrating leadership abilities within an organizational setting
- Recruiting/hiring/interviewing skills
- Experience handling food
- High School/College Degree(s)
Physical Requirements of Store Supervisor:
- Being able to remain in an upright position and/or ambulate for a period of up to 8 hours
- Maneuver items weighing up to 30 pounds by raising them from the floor to an overhead position for up to 30 minutes during a single shift
- Intermittently, lift and transfer objects of up to 60 pounds from the ground to waist level
- Engage in actions that involve pushing and pulling with an intensity equivalent to 20 pounds
- Perform waist bending and intermittent twisting for up to one hour every shift
- Engage in tasks that involve manipulating, grabbing, and handling objects by hand. This type of work necessitates coordination between the eyes and hands and could entail climbing a ladder for storing, accessing materials, or placing and removing signs
