- Preserves a correct and polished demeanor in the designated region at the store's forefront
- Act as a clear signal to prevent potential theft or deceit from occurring
- Study the Store Emergency Response Guide to ensure you grasp the information presented
- It is obligatory to be clothed in the officially approved Company uniform, which encompasses the mandatory Body Worn Camera
- Properly address customers, exhibit politeness and regard
- Maintain a presence either near the store's entrance or within a department
- In instances where customers require aid, utilize the Company-issued radio to communicate and refer them to the designated parties for assistance, such as store management or customer service
- Monitor the surroundings and communicate any questionable behavior or significant incidents to LP or store management promptly
- Perform a comprehensive safety sweep of the premises in the company of a manager
- Abide by the rules and protocols outlined by the company
- Chronicle significant incidents in the AIIM Case Management platform
- Undertakes supplementary duties as instructed.
