Assistant Night Team Leader

Job Description of Assistant Night Team Leader:

The Assistant Night Team Leader is tasked with delivering a top-notch customer service experience by maintaining and guaranteeing the highest quality of products. They support the Night Crew Chief in overseeing all operations in the grocery sections during overnight shifts, such as sales goals, inventory control, restocking, decision-making, nurturing staff engagement, promoting staff growth, and fostering a cohesive team spirit in the department, store, and organization. Assistant Night Team Leader also hold accountability for upholding all legal requirements, corporate protocols, and standards including labor laws, safety measures, asset safeguarding, and food hygiene.

Responsibilities of Assistant Night Team Leader:

• Assist the Night Crew Chief in supervising the night shift team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to crew members during overnight operations.
• Ensure products are properly stored, rotated, and shelved according to store policies.
