Requirements for Operations Manager:

• The presence of a Serve Safe Certification can be beneficial in upholding food safety

• Know when to coach, support, and take charge as both a Leader and a Manager.
• This job requires the capacity to lift items weighing 30 to 50 pounds and to perform actions involving pushing, pulling, stretching, and continual bilateral movement of fingers and wrists
