Responsibilities of In-Store Support Leader:

• Your duties involve aiding the Store Manager in monitoring and directing the Stationstore activities.
• Your tasks will include supervising staff recruitment and collaboration, completing daily tasks, managing financial records, and arranging product displays.
• As part of your responsibilities, you are expected to meet our high standards and provide customers with quick and courteous service.
• Retain a stable and foreseeable schedule for on-site participation.
• Meeting the high standards of our food program will be a key aspect of your job.
• Your customers are at the heart of your actions, guiding your team by example.
• Your mannerisms illustrate a fusion of urgency, patience, and leadership capabilities.

Qualification of In-Store Support Leader:

• Retail experience
• Demonstrated leadership skills in managing others or overseeing tasks
• Recruiting/hiring/interviewing skills
• Experience handling food
• High School/College Degree(s)

Physical Requirements of In-Store Support Leader:

• Capability to be upright and/or ambulate for a maximum of 8 hours
• Handle loads of up to 30 pounds by lifting them from ground level to an overhead position for a maximum of 30 minutes during a shift
• Occasionally, raise and convey materials up to 60 pounds from the ground to waist level
• Implement a 20-pound force by extending and contracting your arms in a push/pull motion
• Practice waist flexion with occasional twisting maneuvers for up to an hour during each shift
• Handle tasks that involve manipulating, grabbing, and controlling objects with the hands. These activities demand coordination between visual and manual skills, and might entail climbing a ladder to store, access materials, or put up and take down signs
