Job Summary of Client Support Representative:

As a Client Support Representative, the central task is to foster a sales environment that revolves around customer satisfaction and the excellence of products, ensuring that our core principles are the driving force behind all store operations. This entails executing a variety of sales-related responsibilities such as managing merchandise, processing inventory, and maintaining an orderly stockroom. Responsibilities of Client Support Representative:

  • Handles merchandise procedures by storing products appropriately, tagging them, and ensuring they are easily retrievable for re-stocking on the sales floor, adjusts merchandise arrangements to maximize storage efficiency.
  • Makes sure that new products are merchandised and represented promptly and effectively.
  • Inputs receiving paperwork into the digital system with precision, matches merchandise invoices with received items when required. Ensures the accurate and timely completion of store-to-store transfers and handling Locate requests efficiently.
  • Manages the efficient reception and handling of visual packet materials, props, and signs, as well as the proper storage of stockroom essentials like hardware, hangers, and sign holders.
  • Involves in alterations to pricing strategies and markdown implementation.
  • Advising store management on cash supply demands.
  • Offers support in carrying out tasks related to visual directives, such as floorset arrangements, window transformations, visual presentations, and signage placements, as directed.
  • Assists with the upkeep and tidiness of a boutique's environment
  • Embodies, endorses, and encourages adherence to the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles and guidelines by providing a consistent omni-channel journey
  • Supports a collective and unified approach to finding solutions
  • Shows a willingness to seek out ways to develop personally and openly requests feedback

Qualification of Client Support Representative:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous stock or cashier experience preferred
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company
  • Must be able to work the majority of the shift standing
  • Ability to work quickly and within strict timelines
  • Ability to demonstrate teamwork
  • Exposure to visual merchandising and product placement techniques desired
  • Communicate with customers, Associates, and Management; wear / communicate with headset
  • Regular attendance is essential to this position in order to ensure adequate coverage to meet company objectives. Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Physical Requirements of Client Support Representative:

  • Constant Walking/Standing- 67-100% of 8-hour shift
  • There is a requirement to lift up to 50 pounds sporadically, accounting for a portion of time within the 8-hour shift that can vary between 1% and 33%
  • Regularly Climbing - Accounts for 34% to 66% of the time throughout an 8-hour day
