The role of a Retail Operations Specialist involves providing efficient customer service to clients who visit the store in person or contact through phone and email:

As a sales associate, you'll play a vital role in driving our business forward by ensuring that products are well-positioned and effectively marketed, encouraging customers to make purchases.

The duties of a Retail Operations Specialist are to assist customers with their purchases and ensure customer satisfaction:

Our organization has available jobs for entry-level positions. You can expect an annual income between $43,000 to $56,000, which includes fundamental salary and team-based bonuses, with the probability of personal bonuses. Work Schedule: Retail Operations Specialists typically work full-time or part-time schedules. They may also be required to work flexible shifts based on the company’s needs:

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of work experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (you'll know your schedule four weeks in advance).
• Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income, typically during the summer months, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• Experience working in a commission-based environment.
• Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Customer service experience.
