About Roaring Fork Restaurant Group:

Roaring Fork Restaurant Group is a locally owned and operated restaurant group celebrating 27 years of business as a QDOBA Mexican Eats franchisee in WI, IL, and IA. We are based in Milwaukee and currently operate 62 (and counting) QDOBA locations within the territory, making us one of the largest QDOBA franchisees nationally. In September of 2021, MR Chicken LLC was formed, ushering in a new chapter of growth and bringing the Dave's Hot Chicken brand to Wisconsin. With 17 Dave's Hot Chicken locations committed, 10 currently open, and plans for at least 7 more in the next 3 years. We pride ourselves in serving up the freshest of flavors in beautiful environments with distinctive dcor. In 2023, we were honored to be named the Franchisee of the Year for QDOBA.

Responsibilities of Deputy Manager:

• Ensuring that systems are in place to train, develop, and mentor employees to enhance their performance is crucial
• Delegate responsibilities and assignments to team members
• Recognize and cultivate potential candidates within the organization for managerial roles
• Adhere to the various labor laws and regulations set forth by both state and federal authorities
• Coordinate daily tasks to ensure optimal performance levels within restaurant operations
• Ensure that the team remains responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service and food standards without faltering
• Engage with visitors and local network; address inquiries, issues, and grievances from guests
