Responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience proven by engaging and interacting with all customers, embodying customer experience principles and philosophy, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adheres to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store in order to support the needs of the business.

• Leaders have set the standard for exceptional customer service with both in-house and external clientele
• Promotes and exemplifies a favorable store culture through adhering to honesty, uprightness, and regard
• Consistently applies approved operational methods for processing customer purchases and returns, including proficiently returning correct change to customers as required
• Supports the utilization of programs that enhance customer credit and loyalty
• Ensures consistency with the merchandising philosophy and maintains adherence to the approved merchandising procedures
• Precisely organizes and gets items ready for sale on the store floor while following established procedures and criteria
• Starts and engages in store recovery as necessary at various intervals during the day
• Adheres to the established standards for organization, cleanliness, and upkeep of the sales floor while also playing a role in maintaining the store's overall cleanliness
• Provides and welcomes acknowledgment and beneficial critique
• Ensures strict adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures at all times
• Collaborates in achieving store shrink reduction objectives and initiatives
• Contributes to safety advocacy and upkeeps a secure environment
