Job Summary of Lead Representative:

The duties of the Lead Representative involve coaching Crew Members to follow operational Brand guidelines and deliver a positive and hospitable guest experience throughout their shift. They set objectives, assign duties, and motivate team members, celebrating accomplishments and providing feedback in a timely manner.

Requirements of Lead Representative:

• Deliver outstanding customer satisfaction, prompt service execution, and high product quality assurance
• Having worked in a café or fast-food restaurant previously would be advantageous for this position
• Illustrate a fervor for success by defining compelling benchmarks and executing on promises
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines
• Predict and grasp the needs of guests while exceeding what they expect
• Excels in a team-based atmosphere
