Responsibilities of Courier:

• Transport goods to clients promptly by driving a vehicle safely.
• Efficiently operate a delivery vehicle by handling loading, unloading, preparation, and inspection duties.
• Stay on assigned courses and timeframes.
• Establish effective communication channels with dispatchers, customers, and supervisors.
• Safeguard the packages' contents throughout the delivery process and accurately deliver them to the intended recipients, while also providing superior customer service by addressing any customer inquiries or issues promptly.
• Observe and adhere to the company's policies, comply with safety regulations, and follow driving guidelines.

Requirements of Courier:

• A clean driving record along with a valid driver's license is essential.
• Capacity to manage GPS gadgets and adhere to driving guidance effectively.
• Must demonstrate the capability to lift and shift packages up to 50 lbs.
• Competent time planning and strong organizational competencies.
• Positive demeanor and excellent communicative proficiencies.
• Availability during busy times, including weekends and holidays, is a key expectation for this role.
• Delivery experience in the past is a plus, but it is not a prerequisite.
