Key responsibilities include fostering satisfied customer experiences through effective interactions, embodying customer-centric principles, and upholding store organization and cleanliness.

• Authorities have crafted exemplary customer experience solutions for all customer segments
• Instills a harmonious store culture by emphasizing the importance of honesty, integrity, and respect
• Maintains adherence to prescribed operating procedures by accurately recording customer transactions, handling returns efficiently, and providing correct change back to customers in accordance with established practices
• Endorses the advancement of credit and loyalty campaigns
• Abides by the merchandising philosophy and maintains alignment with the stipulated merchandising policies
• Properly prepares and organizes merchandise for presentation on the sales floor as per company procedures and norms
• Commences and partakes in store restoration as required throughout the day
• Follows and enforces the organization, cleanliness, and recovery guidelines for the sales floor and actively engages in upkeeping the store's cleanliness
• Provides and welcomes acknowledgment and beneficial critique
• Adheres to the established labor laws, policies, and procedures without exceptions
• Backs and engages in initiatives aimed at reducing store shrinkage targets
• Takes part in raising awareness about safety and ensuring a protected atmosphere is sustained
