Responsibilities of Sales Support Representative:

• Build sales by maintaining a consumer centric mindset and using selling behaviors through genuine interactions with consumers.
• Ensure the store is consistently recovered and consumer ready by meeting brand standards.
• Use strong verbal and nonverbal communication skills to exceed sales results.
• Regularly interact with consumers within the store, providing a high level of customer service.
• Adhere to policies, procedures and practices that align with company directives.

Qualification of Sales Support Representative:

• Proven communication skills
• Skill to adjust working hours to meet business needs, which could involve weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Demonstrating a solution-driven mindset helps in overcoming obstacles efficiently
• The ability to be versatile in a rapidly changing context is advantageous
• Having professional or retail experience from the last year is advantageous
• While academic qualifications are significant, we prioritize your extensive professional experience and successes over formal education.
