The Restaurant Crew Manager will aid the Store Manager in carrying out the restaurant's daily functions following the brand and franchise standards, interacting with guests and employees, and taking on the responsibility of running the restaurant when the Store Manager is away.

Responsibilities of Restaurant Crew Manager:
- Help facilitate the manager's daily operations with necessary assistance
- Giving full attention to guaranteeing every guest is happy and content
- Comply with franchise and brand expectations by meticulously following all policies and procedures, including but not limited to adhering to food safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness standards, implementing product promotions, and effectively managing cash handling based on the set criteria
- Manage and educate a team of hardworking individuals as directed by leadership; offer insights to both management and the team
- Distribute team members effectively across tasks throughout the shift and maintain open communication about their responsibilities
- Engage in crew duties by assisting in food preparation, providing service to customers, and upholding the standards of cleanliness and organization within the establishment
- Handle managerial tasks at the restaurant when the Store Manager is away
Requirements of Restaurant Crew Manager:
- Participation is restricted to those who are 19 years of age and above
- A valid driver's license is a mandatory requirement
- A high school diploma or a GED denotes the fulfillment of educational standards at the secondary level
- Necessary to fulfill all requirements of a background check
- 3 years Fast-Casual, Restaurant Management experience or equivalent; Dunkin' Experience (preferred)
- Eager to become a member of a growing organization's team
- Cultivating a positive mindset, valuing integrity greatly, exhibiting a strong commitment to work, and proficiently managing numerous tasks at once
- Exceptional aptitude in interacting with others to provide exceptional customer service
- The combination of robust leadership, adept communication, and proficient organizational skills is key
- Perform tasks that involve lifting objects weighing a maximum of 50 pounds
- Should demonstrate the capacity to stand for an extended period without interruption
