Job Description of Deli Counter Clerk:

The Deli Counter Clerk main duty is to deliver top-notch customer service by preparing and guaranteeing the highest quality items. They are in charge of overseeing the overall state of the deli section, which involves preparing, restocking, and serving deli goods. Additionally, they are responsible for upholding food safety regulations and keeping the deli area clean, as well as addressing customer questions and offering information about the products.

Responsibilities of Deli Counter Clerk:

• Offer a friendly welcome to customers and help them with choosing deli items, accommodating special requests, and addressing any inquiries.
• Arrange and replenish deli cases consistently to uphold freshness and visually appealing displays.
• Adhere to all guidelines and regulations regarding food safety and the procedures established by the store for the appropriate handling and storage of food products.
