Job Summary of Sales Representative:

The Sales Representative assists Management in fostering a sales culture centered around customers and products, with a strong emphasis on incorporating the company's values and guiding principles into all store operations. This includes a commitment to providing a top-notch customer experience and achieving maximum profitability. Responsibilities of Sales Representative:

• Meets company sales goals by utilizing sales techniques and communicating product knowledge to the customer; recommends merchandise selections or helps to locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires.
• Maintains knowledge of current sales and promotions; maintains pricing and visual standards.
• Maintains standards in merchandise handling, presentation, loss prevention, and all other duties as directed by Management.
• Participates in visual directives including monthly store sets and zone maintenance.
• Models and promotes the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles and standards, offering a cohesive omni channel experience.
• Ensures prompt resolution of customer concerns.
• Ensures a fast and efficient register experience, remaining current on policies regarding payments, coupon acceptance, returns and exchanges, security practices and other applicable operations.
• Reinforces buying decisions at the checkout and achieves add on goals including gift card sales.
• Signs up clients for reward program.
• Builds and maintains a solid customer following through clienteling and wardrobing.
• Knows current product fit and style assortment offerings in store and on line.
• Maintains consistent client communication through utilization of customer book.
• Supports replenishment activities that keep the store full and abundant.
• Assists with locate fulfillment.
• Assists with visual directives, including floor sets, window changes, visual presentations, signage placement, etc. as directed.
• Assist with boutique cleanliness and organization
• Promotes an inclusive, collaborative approach to problem solving.
• Seeks personal developmental opportunities and readily solicits feedback.

Qualification of Sales Representative:

• Securing a High School diploma or a similar level of achievement
• Retail or sales experience is a valuable asset
• The age limit is set at 18 years and above
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in providing excellent customer support
• Competent in acquiring or adjusting to the technological resources offered by the firm
• Known for adept organizational skills and the capacity to handle multiple tasks concurrently in a fast-paced scenario
• Proficient in engaging with clients, coworkers, and managers
• Candidates must display a strong sense of accountability and responsibility for their actions and decisions in this position. Taking ownership of tasks and outcomes is crucial for success within the company

Physical Requirements of Sales Representative:

• Walking and standing duties make up a significant portion, from 67% to 100%, of the total duration of an 8-hour work shift
• Throughout the workday, there may be intervals where lifting objects weighing up to 50 pounds is necessary, ranging from 1-33% of the total shift time
• Climbing is a prevalent activity during work, occupying a substantial amount, varying from 34% to 66%, of an 8-hour shift
