• Influential figures have exhibited superior customer relationship management techniques for all customer categories
• Maintains and showcases a healthy store climate by valuing integrity, decency, and esteem
• Operates within the framework of company procedures, ensuring precise ringing up of customer purchases, managing returns, and accurately calculating and returning change to customers
• Backs the promotion of credit and loyalty incentives
• Sustains the merchandising philosophy and complies with the established norms and regulations
• Correctly processes and readies goods for retail display by following prescribed procedures and criteria
• Commences and partakes in store restoration as required throughout the day
• Abides by the organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards set for the sales floor and takes part in maintaining the cleanliness of the entire store
• Gives and receives recognition and valuable feedback
• Abides by the labor laws, policies, and procedures in a thorough and consistent manner
• Contributes to the achievement of store shrink reduction goals and strategies
• Plays a role in promoting safety mindfulness and maintaining a secure setting

Qualification of Merchandising Team Member:

• Capable of multi-tasking
• Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
• Works effectively with peers and supervisors
• Retail customer experience preferred
• Possesses excellent customer service skills
• Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
• Possesses strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
