Job Description of Store Merchandise Coordinator:

Tasked with providing exceptional customer service through proactive interaction and adherence to customer experience standards, while also upholding the cleanliness and tidiness of the store. Follows operational protocols, merchandising policies, and security measures to mitigate risks of loss. May receive training across different store departments to fulfill business requirements.
- Exemplary figures set the benchmark for implementing efficient customer service strategies for both internal and external clientele
- Establishing and upholding a positive store environment by prioritizing truthfulness, moral principles, and courtesy
- Rings up customer transactions with precision and processes returns in accordance with established operational protocols and guidelines

- Adheres to and preserves the merchandising principles while abiding by the set procedures and criteria
- Efficiently handles and readies products for retail display in accordance with company guidelines and criteria
- Engages in store restoration when necessary at various times during the day
- Ensures adherence to all cleanliness and organization protocols on the sales floor and contributes to upholding the overall tidiness of the store
- Offers and acknowledges appreciation and helpful input
- Complies with all regulations, rules, and protocols related to labor
