As Shift Operations Coordinator, individuals are primarily stationed in the meat pit overseeing restaurant activities daily. They are tasked with supporting the General Manager and Assistant Manager to guarantee the efficiency of each shift. Moreover, they are involved in assisting team members with training and performance enhancement strategies. • Minimum of 1+ year in foodservice and a Serve Safe Certification is a plus (training may be provided to the right candidate to get certified)
