Responsibilities of Store Operations Assistant:

• Your role involves helping the Store Operations Assistant in monitoring the activities at the Stationstore.
• Your role involves recruiting, supervising, and collaborating with team members to achieve daily objectives, managing financial records, and arranging merchandise displays.
• Your responsibility is to ensure that our top-tier expectations are met and to offer efficient and accommodating support to our patrons.
• Maintain a steady and reliable schedule for being physically present at work.

Qualification of Store Operations Assistant:

• Retail experience
• Experience in a supervisory or managerial role
• Recruiting/hiring/interviewing skills
• Experience handling food
• High School/College Degree(s)

Physical Requirements of Store Operations Assistant:

• Having the capacity to stay on one's feet and/or travel for a duration of up to 8 hours
• Lift and move loads weighing up to 30 pounds from the ground to overhead within a 30-minute timeframe per shift
• At times, move and handle items up to 60 pounds in weight, lifting them to waist level
• Apply a 20-pound force by extending and retracting your arms
• Engage in bending at the waist and limited twisting for a maximum of one hour during each shift
• Perform handiwork by grasping, reaching for, and controlling objects with the hands. This activity demands coordination between the eyes and hands and may involve ascending a ladder to store, retrieve items, or position and remove signs
