Job Summary of Store Sales Leader:

The Store Sales Leader assists Management in fostering a sales-oriented atmosphere that revolves around customers and merchandise, with an unwavering commitment to upholding our values and guiding principles in every aspect of store management, from delivering exceptional customer service to maximizing profitability. Responsibilities of Store Sales Leader:

• Communicating and upholding transparent standards for the store team and personally ensuring compliance with brand, operational, and conduct requirements.
• Executes and supervises core operational functions such as commencing and finalizing tasks and managing the merchandise distribution.
• Managing associates engaged in sales, inventory processing, reconciling cash transactions, and assisting customers. Employing weekly schedules to ensure adequate floor coverage that complies with budget guidelines. Keeping abreast of prevailing sales and promotions; organizing merchandise presentation in adherence to current promotional schemes and guidelines.
• Maintains guidelines in merchandise management, presentation, theft prevention, and any assigned responsibilities from Management.
• Fosters a high-performance ethos that drives the sales team to reach specified sales and productivity goals, as well as achieve personal sales milestones.
• It is important to have rigorous training and coaching programs in place to ensure that the sales team has a deep understanding of the products, whether they are being sold online or in a physical store.
• Supports individuals in the process of achieving fulfillment and closing sales through mentoring and training sessions.
• Motivates and empowers the store team, encouraging a unified mission while embodying key values.
• Endorses an approach that involves everyone and fosters teamwork in solving problems.
• Collaborates with retail employees and store leadership to promote positive changes.
• Is keen on finding ways to grow personally and welcomes feedback to strengthen leadership skills.
• Showcases, instructs, and encourages adherence to the Premier Customer Care Guidelines (PCCG) for a harmonized all-encompassing customer experience.
• Effective sales modeling involves using diverse approaches and product familiarity to predict sales expectations, making recommendations on merchandise choices, and aiding in finding or procuring products based on customer needs and preferences.
• Utilizes clienteling and wardrobe coordination to grow and retain a dedicated customer following.
• Promises quick response to customer concerns.
• Keeps abreast of the latest guidelines concerning payments, coupon acceptance, return policies, exchange procedures, security protocols, and other operational aspects to ensure a smooth and efficient checkout experience.
• Ensures consistent client engagement by employing the customer book, actively participating in rewards programs, and encouraging customer registration.
• Provides reinforcement, enacts, and supplies continuing guidance for all training schemes, workshops, and the like.
• Helps in enhancing store associates' skills; interprets Key Performance Indicator reports and gives coaching as required; offers insights on associate performance to aid in evaluations by Store Manager.
• Enhances engagement and teamwork by recognizing and incentivizing employees for their exceptional work.
• Monitoring the Store Team to ensure adherence to all employment policies and practices.

Qualification of Store Sales Leader:

• Candidates must have completed high school or obtained an equivalent qualification
• Applicants with a background in retail or sales management for a minimum of one year are preferred
• Participation is restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age and above
• Strong communication skills, both orally and in writing
• Superior customer service expertise to address client needs promptly and courteously
• Skilled at learning and adapting to the technology made available by the company
• Knowledge of the administrative elements involved in store operations
• Demonstrated strong organizational skills and proficiency in handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced realm
• Proficient at communicating effectively with patrons
• Regular attendance is essential to this position in order to ensure adequate coverage to meet company objectives. Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays is required

Physical Requirements of Store Sales Leader:

• The requirement to be consistently walking or standing is specified to occupy a substantial percentage, between 67% to a full 100%, of a standard 8-hour work schedule
• Within an 8-hour shift, lifting items not exceeding 50 lbs. sporadically takes up 1-33% of the time
• In an ordinary workday, climbing activities make up a significant portion, ranging from 34% to 66%
