Responsibilities of Customer Sales Advisor:

  • Maximize sales success by embodying a customer-oriented mindset and implementing selling behaviors through genuine interactions with customers.
  • Keep the store in line with the brand's standards to ensure it is always prepared for customers.
  • Surpass sales results by leveraging effective verbal and nonverbal communication methodologies.
  • Provide high-quality customer service by engaging with consumers in-store on a regular basis.
  • Comply with guidelines, protocols, and routines that are in accordance with the objectives of the organization.

Qualification of Customer Sales Advisor:

  • Proven communication skills
  • Willingness to have a flexible schedule that may involve working weekends, evenings, and holidays as dictated by business needs
  • Being adept at seeking resolutions plays a vital role in overcoming hurdles
  • Adapting easily in a fast-paced setting is a desirable trait
  • It is preferred to have relevant experience in professional or retail settings within the last year
  • Although a formal education and degrees are advantageous, we are primarily focused on your overall professional experience and achievements.
