Job Summary of Store Support Associate:

The Store Support Associate is responsible for supporting a customer and product-focused sales culture where our core principles are at the forefront of all store operations. This is achieved through performing various sales operations functions, including merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization. Responsibilities of Store Support Associate:

• Directs merchandise handling by overseeing proper storage methods, tagging items, and facilitating convenient retrieval for restocking on the sales floor, readjusts merchandise arrangements for efficient use of stock area.
• Makes certain that new products are effectively merchandised and portrayed in a timely manner.
• Enters receiving paperwork accurately into the digital platform, matches merchandise invoices with received items as required. Promptly and precisely handles store-to-store transfers and addresses Locate requests promptly.
• Manages the reception and processing of visual packet materials, props, and signage in a timely manner, while also properly storing stockroom hardware, hangers, and sign holders.
• Engages in pricing adjustments and markdown execution.
• Informing store management about necessary cash supplies.
• Aids in implementing visual directives by helping with floorsets, window transformations, visual presentations, and signage placements as directed.
• Provides aid in keeping a boutique tidy and well-maintained
• Represents, upholds, and advances the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles and criteria, offering a cohesive omni channel experience
• Emphasizes the importance of inclusivity and collaboration in solving problems
• Displays a keen interest in personal growth opportunities and readily seeks feedback from a variety of sources

Qualification of Store Support Associate:

• Securing a high school diploma or a similar certification is imperative for enhancing employability
• Those with prior experience as stock personnel or cashiers are encouraged to apply
• To be considered, individuals must be 18 years of age or older
• Excellent communication skills
• Effective in managing customer interactions with professionalism and care
• Strong organizational abilities and proficient in managing multiple tasks amidst a fast-paced backdrop
• Efficient in grasping or acclimating to the technology offered by the company
• Essential to perform duties while standing for the majority of the shift
• Efficiency in working promptly and meeting tight schedules
• Displaying teamwork capabilities
• The desire lies in gaining exposure to visual merchandising practices and effective product placement strategies
• Connect with clients, colleagues, and managers by utilizing a headset to communicate
• Punctuality is key in this position to ensure there is enough coverage to fulfill company objectives. Being able to work a flexible schedule, which may involve evenings, weekends, and holidays, is a prerequisite.

• Constant Walking/Standing- 67-100% of 8-hour shift
• Occasional Lifting up to 50 lbs.- 1-33% of 8-hour shift
• Frequent Climbing- 34%-66% of 8-hour shift
