Responsibilities of Store Team Member:

• Your duties encompass welcoming customers, operating the cashier, facilitating transactions, proposing product ideas, and potentially working within our food initiative.
• Your tasks will encompass a variety of activities throughout the store, internally and externally, aimed at upholding our impeccable store presentation standards and offering fast, friendly service to customers.
• Preserve a pattern of consistent and anticipated on-premises presence.
• Daily tasks within the store will involve frequent customer interactions, alongside working with an enthusiastic team to ensure everything is accomplished efficiently

Qualification of Store Team Member:

• Retail and customer service experience
• Sales associate or cashiering experience
• High school diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements of Store Team Member:

• Having the capability to endure standing and/or walking for a maximum of 8 hours without a break
• Successfully lifting and moving items weighing up to 30 pounds from the ground to above the head is a responsibility that could last up to 30 minutes in one shift
• At intervals, heave and relocate items that weigh up to 60 pounds, carrying them to waist height
• Raise your arms and apply a force of up to 20 pounds through pushing or pulling
• Undertake waist bends incorporating twists for a maximum of one hour per shift
• This activity requires the use of hands to manipulate, grasp, and manage various objects effectively. It mandates the synchronization of hand and eye movements for optimal performance and might entail climbing a ladder for tasks such as storing, fetching, or displaying materials and signs
