Job Summary of Crew Operator:

The main aim in this role is to provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities of Crew Operator:

• Welcome clients promptly and in a courteous manner
• Make food and drinks in a manner consistent with the expectations of the Brand
• Maintain strict compliance with all food safety and sanitation protocols
• Keep abreast of the menu offerings, which includes knowing about any limited-time promotions and special deals
• Organize your workspace and keep it clean to promote a sense of professionalism and efficiency
• Adjust inventory levels as needed
• Uphold proper protocols for managing cash while utilizing the cash register

Qualifications of Crew Operator:

• Key qualifications involve the capability to communicate verbally, comprehend written information, and adhere to brand standards and menu requirements
• Remarkable skills in conveying messages with clarity and forming valuable relationships with people
• Fluent in English
• Legal paperwork confirming your identity and approval to engage in lawful employment within this state
• Availability for work during evenings, weekends, and holidays is a must
