Roaring Fork Restaurant Group, a locally owned and operated restaurant group, has been a franchisee of QDOBA Mexican Eats in WI, IL, and IA for 27 years. With its headquarters in Milwaukee, the group manages 62 QDOBA locations and is considered one of the major national franchisees of the brand. The formation of MR Chicken LLC in September 2021 marked a period of growth, bringing the Dave's Hot Chicken brand to Wisconsin. The group has committed to opening 17 Dave's Hot Chicken locations, with 10 already operational and plans for at least 7 more in the next three years. Responsibilities of line waiter:

• Create guest orders as requested and ensure the accuracy of each order
• Frequently clean the service line, restaurant equipment, and dining area and assist in maintaining overall
• restaurant cleanliness
• Prepare, create and maintain food according to specifications by using approved recipes, proper portions
• and food prep logs/tools
• Provide fantastic customer service throughout the entire working shift
• Ring order accurately by using the point-of-sale system
