Job Summary of Zone Manager:

The primary responsibility of the Zone Manager is to supervise the operations, progress, and financial performance of several retail or business establishments within a specific geographic area.Leading this role entails defining sales targets, guaranteeing compliance with company policies, coaching store administrators, evaluating financial accounts, and implementing strategic actions to enhance advancement.

Responsibilities of Zone Manager:

• Responsible for the overall management of several restaurants.
• Supervises the management of restaurants and conducts meetings and visits to oversee the correct implementation of instructions and ensure uniform operation across all outlets.
• Displays strong leadership skills, advises, and coaches Restaurant Managers on decision-making processes and troubleshooting.
• Carries out store appraisals, certification evaluations, and surprise inspections as necessary to review the caliber of service, warmth, tidiness, and administrative processes within each restaurant.
• Conducts performance reviews.
• Undertakes security and safety audits and manages cash procedures to promote a secure work setting.
• Effectively organizes and processes all paperwork at the end of different time frames, including daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Examines the financial sustainability of all restaurants by monitoring sales and cost control data on a daily, weekly, and periodical basis, schedules regular sessions with Restaurant Managers to assess profit and loss statements, and formulates improvement objectives.
• Assists in the execution of targeted marketing campaigns for individual restaurant locations.

Requirements of Zone Manager:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team building skills.
• Positive attitude and outstanding work ethic.
• Willing to work a 55-hour work week (approximate), including evenings and weekends, under pressure and in stressful situations.
• Strong math skills, a college degree, or 4+ years of management experience in business, management, marketing, or a related field.
• Can analyze and interpret profit and loss statement data and create action plans to solve any related problem.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
